Trish - not sure of your email address (I don’t have it) but it sounds like you’re having flash issues if the slideshow wont work. Update to the newest version of flash by going http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
to that link & downloading & installing the flash player.
